Definition

Physics:  The capacity of a physical system to do work, the units of energy are joules or egs, "energy can take a wide variety of forms.

Metaphysics:  Phenomena such as life, mind and conscience only arise in systems.  This means these things cannot be explained by the study of nerves, cells or atoms. 

 

 

Physics and metaphysics are intertwined - as all things in our reality.   Every living thing is this world is surrounded by an unseen *subtle energy" force.  The energy/chi is there whether we see it or not and is directly connected to our quality of life.  We are multidimensional beings/entities who experience, and exist in many frequencies levels of consciousness. We are in third dimension and using our physical body to experience, our emotional body to work on issues, and our mental body to understand and make many decisions.

There are different types of energy, both positive and negative.   Negative energy is when your suddenly feel tired and possibly exhausted, when you are around some people or walk into a room and get goose bumps, shivers, and also being around people Energy Vampires who suck our energy right out of us.   Positive Energy is when you feel a sense of aliveness, happiness, calmness and tension lifting, laughter, a smile to your face.  Mine soars around a full moon and during an eclipse.

Some people may not even realize this but Intuition is an Energy.  Intuition is picking up vibes.  No matter, what sex you are, which culture you come from, where you live, each and every one of us has this gift.  Call what you may,  your intuition, your inner-self, your spirit, your guide, or a voice inside. The secret is that you must meet and come to know your core-essence. As mentioned above, everything is energy including our body which is surrounded by an electromagnetic field or bio-energetic called the aura.   There are some individuals can either sense or see it and there is also a method called Kirlian photography which is a mean of taking a photograph on the non-material world without a camera.  It provides a way in viewing the unseen patterns of energy and force fields that probably permeates all substances.

There are also many different modalities which exists for us to contact our core.  Learning and becoming familiar with the different energy systems that affect our bodies in so many different ways, meditations, dreams, crystals, yoga are only a few.

I've learned to honour my energy needs the hard way.  I know first-hand how important it is to us to cherish our precious energy. 

It is my belief that perhaps by turning the great wheel of life, we could possibly tap into the ancient methods available to us at ALL times and this will be the GRAND AWAKENING that we have been waiting for.  I am on a mission to make it possible for everyone who is interested to learn to awaken the voice of their soul to do so, no matter where they live, and on their own schedule, at their own pace in a way that is affordable. It is my goal to coach and assist people in contacting their inner voice, to get rid of fear (negative energy) and replace it with positive energy.  I've always been intuitive, healer, clairaudient, and remote viewer.  I've attended and given many workshops to guide people to a better way of understanding what Energy is and how important it is for them to make contact with it to realize this is a Sacred Gift.

 

The key is to get faith in yourself and the power of the good.
